ES&A provided agency consultation, wetland assessment, mitigation design, and environmental permitting services for Airpark Industrial subdivision in Scappoose, Oregon. ESA staff completed a Compensatory Wetland Mitigation (CWM) plan to mitigate 4.4 acres of wetland fill for a roadway and building pad for a proposed PCC access road adjacent to the Scappoose airport. The CWM plan included the creation of 7.9 acres of wetland and riparian buffer along the northern edge of the site adjacent to the 40.9-acre stormwater detention facility. ES&A is currently monitoring and coordinating maintenance to meet the 10-year mitigation monitoring success criteria.
