ES&A prepared the wetland/waters permitting required for the Tigard-Tualatin School District Art Rutkin School project in Tigard, Oregon. Staff completed the local, state, and federal permit documentation, including the CWS Service Provider Letter, wetland and CWS vegetated corridor impact assessment, and the US Army Corps and Department of State Lands wetland JPA. Impact assessment provided mitigation for CWS VC and wetland within the proposed school campus footprint.
