Location:

Multnomah County, OR

Client:

Bureau of Environmental Services

The City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) subcontracted ES&A to conduct a wetland delineation and site investigation of the Johnson Creek Oxbow project area in Multnomah County, Oregon. The site is a part of a project to restore a segment of channel recently eroded and scoured from high seasonal flows. The wetland delineation will also provide baseline resource information to future BES projects to enhance the floodplain of Johnson Creek. ES&A delineated all wetland resources on-site, including floodplain forested wetlands and the Johnson Creek Ordinary High Water Line (OHWL).
