ES&A prepared a Joint Permit Application (JPA) submittal to the Oregon Department of State Lands (DSL) and Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to document the existing conditions and environmental impacts of the proposed boat ramp upgrade and repair project. The current boat ramp was undermined, and beach access was impeded. The proposed repair and upgrade will extend into the DSL and USACE jurisdiction at the mean high high water (MHHW). The JPA included engineering, erosion control, construction management, shoreline restoration, other plans, and project data.
