ES&A assessed wetlands, conducted agency consultation, and prepared USACE and DSL wetland/waterway fill permit applications for TriMet’s Portland to Milwaukie LRT project, which included the new Willamette River bridge as well as crossings of six additional wetlands and waterways. To address project wetland impacts, ES&A developed a mitigation plan that encompassed a significant component of the stream/wetland restoration project at Westmoreland Park and provided design guidance to TriMet’s landscape consultant.
