ES&A prepared the wetland/waters permitting required for the Seaside SD K-12 project in Seaside, Oregon. Staff completed the documentation and permit tasks, including preparing the Compensatory Wetland Mitigation (CWM) plan and off-site stream mitigation plan for the US Army Corps and Department of State Lands wetland JPA. CWM plan and impact assessment provided mitigation for the proposed impacts to on-site wetlands and intermittent waterways within the K-12 campus footprint. ES&A staff is currently conducting annual mitigation monitoring for the project.
