Our team prepared an environmental assessment, mitigation plan, and permitting for the THPRD Somerset West project. The upgrades to the traditional playground area included daylighting an existing drainage and culvert and incorporating a natural play area and perimeter path. Wetland enhancement was proposed in the northeastern portion of the wetland area and stream to offset impacts.
